These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the JINHEXI website (jhicashmere.com) and any products purchased through it. By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

JINHEXI is a brand of 100% cashmere women's knitwear and accessories, produced and supplied by Dongguan Lingfei Textile Co., Ltd. For any question, contact us at [email protected] or via WhatsApp.
2. Products and descriptions
We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, and small variations in knit texture and measurements are normal characteristics of handmade, natural-fibre garments. Prices are listed in the currency shown on the product page and may be adjusted at any time before an order is confirmed.
3. Orders and payment
- An order is accepted when we confirm it and receive valid payment.
- All payments are processed securely. We never store your full card details.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing error, or stock unavailability.
4. Pricing and taxes
Product prices are exclusive of shipping and applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Any shipping costs and taxes will be shown before you complete your order. You are responsible for any import duties or taxes applied by your local customs authority.
5. Shipping and delivery

6. Returns and refunds
We want you to love your JINHEXI piece. If you are not satisfied, you may return unworn, unwashed items in original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions on our Shipping & Returns page.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of JINHEXI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JINHEXI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or any products purchased from us. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Where mandatory consumer protection law applies in your country of residence, those rights are not affected by these Terms.
